As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the following rights. All requests are logged and must be responded to within 30 days.

Withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.


Submit a Data Rights Request

Your request will be acknowledged immediately with a reference number. We are legally required to respond within 30 days under DPDP Act 2023.

Escalation: If unsatisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Processing Register: A record of all data processing activities is maintained as required under DPDP Act 2023, Section 8(6).
