Your Data Rights — DPDP Act 2023
As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the following rights. All requests are logged and must be responded to within 30 days.
Obtain a summary of the personal data being processed and the processing activities undertaken with respect to such data.
Correct inaccurate, incomplete or misleading personal data.
Request erasure of your personal data when consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for retention.
Obtain your personal data in a machine-readable format.
Lodge a grievance with our Data Protection Officer within a reasonable time.
Nominate a person to exercise your data rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
Withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
Submit a Data Rights Request
Your request will be acknowledged immediately with a reference number. We are legally required to respond within 30 days under DPDP Act 2023.

Escalation: If unsatisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Processing Register: A record of all data processing activities is maintained as required under DPDP Act 2023, Section 8(6).
